Visit the magnificent South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.
Visit of Angkor Wat temple
Note: To visit the Bakan tower of Angkor Wat temple, visitors are required to wear proper attire, covering shoulders and knees to show their culture respect, as this temple is still considered as a sacrificial site for the Khmer people (no short miniskirt nor short trousers). Children under twelve years old are restricted not to climb up the tower. The tower will be closed on the Buddhist Sabbath Days, the Buddhist religious days and four days a month in accordance with Lunar Calendar.

Visit Banteay Srey and Banteay Samre temples.
Note: During the visit of Banteay Srey temple – visitors should wear shirts or blouse covering shoulders and arms and long skirts and trousers covering legs (no miniskirt or short trousers).
On the way back from Banteay Srey temple, stop in a village for a fresh coconut drink and to observe how Cambodian people make the sugar palm and do the rice field (depend on season).

Visit of Beng Mealea temple
Beng Mealea is lost in the jungle and almost forgotten by the local population, the little explored temple of Beng Mealea (XIth c) is waiting to be rediscovered by the adventurous travelers. The sprawling jungle temple covering over one square kilometer is largely overrun by vegetation. Constructed in a distinctly Angkor Wat style, Beng Mealea preceded and may have served as a prototype of sorts for Angkor Wat.
Then, continue to visit Koh Ker temple
Koh Ker brings you deep into the Cambodian countryside and way back in time, head north-east from the west of Kulen National Park From there it’s 85 km to the small village of Seong, passing through some remote villages and a beautiful forest populated by deer. It was built by Jayavarman IV who had feuded with family and as a result, constructed this unusual temple. This monument consists of five brick towers in a row – a very unusual style.

The Riel is the local currency but the US Dollar is widely accepted and used in most transactions (4.000 Riel to 1 USD, November 2015). Credit cards, travellers cheques, foreign currencies are accepted in hotels and major banks. It is recommended to carry US Dollars in small denomination notes when shopping in the markets. Since the ANZ Royal Group introduced ATMs to Cambodia in 2005, the number of ATMs is constantly increasing across the country and nowadays you have access to cash 24/7 in Siem Reap, Phnom Penh, Battambang, Sihanoukville, Kampong Cham and even in some provincial capitals.
